2028

In 2028, agents do the buying. Your promise holds.

They ask forty brands at once and take only a yes they can check.

Every company in an order runs its own agents, and they talk to each other all night. KarmanFlow is your side of that conversation.

The 2028 night

Three shirts by Friday.

Sara wants three linen shirts from the brand: sage, size M, by Friday.

Who holds the promise

In 2028, Sara's agent asks forty brands for three shirts by Friday. Agent K keeps the promise inside Dan's limits while he sleeps.

What happened at each minute of the night?
The 2028 night, minute by minute
WhenWhat happens
3:07 a.m.Sara is asleep. Her agent holds a standing intent: three linen shirts by Friday, under US$180, her size. It asks forty brands at once and takes only a yes it can check.
3:07:02 a.m.One brand answers from its count, not a model: a signed offer, three at Warehouse B, Friday, the remedy fixed before the yes. Her agent checks it and accepts.
Thursday, 6:10 a.m.The carrier's agent posts a slip. Agent K re-plans inside Dan's $10 limit. Sara's agent hears before she wakes.
Friday, 6:40 a.m.The van seals, and the promise is locked. The receipt reads KEPT.
Friday, laterDan wakes to the receipt: the $12 carrier refused, the $8 courier booked, Friday kept.
SundayOne shirt does not fit. The returns agent re-matches it two streets away, and the refund lands at handover.

The agent network

One order, many companies' agents.

KarmanFlow is where this brand's promise lives, so whatever the network does, the brand gives one answer and keeps one word.

Which agent works for whom?

Most of these conversations never touch KarmanFlow. The marketplace talks to the bank, the carrier to the warehouse, the workshop to forty brands.

What changes

The order comes last.

  • The order is the record written after a match.

A shopper's agent holds a standing need. Brands answer in milliseconds with a price, a date and the odds of keeping it. The order is written when the two match.

  • Stock becomes the time to make.

In fast categories, brands buy sewing time, pick-hours and van space instead of filling shelves. Each count carries a confidence and the time it was last checked.

  • Fulfilment becomes a market.

Picking hours, storage, carrier lanes and production blocks are bought and sold between firms, and unused reservations are resold.

  • Returns find the next buyer.

A returned shirt goes to a nearby shopper who already wants it. The first buyer's refund never waits for that.

  • People set the rules and can say no.

People decide what an agent may spend, substitute and promise, and they can say no until the last moment the work can still be undone.

The road

The road to 2028.

Each step keeps the one before it running and adds the next record.

  1. Now

    The promise record.

Every yes carries its odds and its remedy, every count a confidence and the time it was checked, and every rule replays on past weeks before it goes live.

  2. H1 2027

    The first buyer.

Standing intents held for shoppers, offers with flexible terms and a second company trading on the same market.

  3. H2 2027

    Options on capacity.

Pick-hours by the day from a warehouse, production blocks from a workshop, and restocking as an option the brand exercises.

  4. 2028

    The market.

Shoppers' agents at every door, a trust registry anyone can read, returns re-matched across a city and capacity sold by the hour.

  5. After 2028

After 2028, people set the terms. Agents handle the routine.

Standing refusals

What we never do.

  • No language model on the answer or the commitment.

Availability, holds and promises come from compiled rules reading one ordered record. A model may draft, explain, suggest, or sort free text into fixed answers with odds. The compiled rules make the answer, and a model never commits.

  • No score on a person.

Not on a shopper, not on a worker. A fraud check scores a transaction, is never stored on the person, and can be contested.

  • No holding of funds.

KarmanFlow never holds customer funds and never becomes a payment rail.

  • No cut of sales.

A share of your sales taxes success, not service.

  • No charge per enquiry.

The questions are where the orders come from.

  • No private trust score.

Trust evidence about firms is shared under published rules, or it does not exist.

  • No silent refusal.

Each refusal carries a receipt with its reason.

  • No selling of shopper data.

We do not sell shopper data. A brand's records do not train a shared model without that brand's consent.

The customer is still king. Their agent is the kingmaker.

KarmanFlow makes you the brand it picks.
