What we do with your trial data.
We delete the preview workspace on day 16, every time. Convert to paid before then to retain your data; otherwise the data, receipts, and events are purged. The full data-handling commitment lives on the privacy page.
Day 0Trial starts.
Preview workspace opens. Demo data is seeded. Core workflows are enabled.
Day 7Email reminder.
We send a status email: what you have done, what is left to try, and the deletion timeline.
Day 14Read-only.
Workspace freezes. Reads continue, writes are blocked. Convert to paid to keep your data.
Day 16Data removed.
We delete the preview data, receipts, and events tied to that workspace.
