  • /about and /customers rewritten to lead with decades of enterprise OMS and inventory experience the team has shipped before this. Specific capability claims, not generic team description.
  • /trust expanded with four schema-level isolation invariants and a 15-item CISO checklist that names the enforcement mechanism for each claim.
  • /security expanded from four cards to nine specific controls (HMAC signing, scoped agent keys, OTel tracing, Secret Manager, append-only receipts, conformance tests as security gate).

  • New /developers/commands page shows all 43 command packages organized into 10 operational domains. Same write boundary applies uniformly: idempotent, version-aware, receipt on every execution.

  • New /agents/console page describes the four agent surfaces operators see: workspace panel, action rail, action proposal card, evidence drawer. Six-step lifecycle from observe to receipt.

  • New /day-zero page shows the guided 15-minute proof path from sign-in to first receipt: workspace appears, policies wired, webhook ready, first command, four proof artifacts, console reads them.
  • The proof path targets four concrete artifacts: signed receipt, immutable event, webhook delivery, agent-callable action. Smoke tests are the acceptance path before availability claims move up.
  • /developers/connectors rewritten with a four-vendor showcase (Shopify, Amazon US, ShipBob, Adyen), bidirectional flow diagram, framework benefits, and a three-step build path.

  • JSON-LD structured data added to /platform and /agents pages (SoftwareApplication) and to the site root (Organization + WebSite). Improves rich-result eligibility and AI-agent citation.
  • Cloudflare AI Crawl Control configured to allow major AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, Applebot-Extended).
  • /robots.txt explicitly allows AI crawlers per-agent. /llms.txt curated index now references all marketing surfaces for AI summarization.
  • Cache-Control headers tightened (5 minute s-maxage) so deploys propagate to the edge without manual purge.
