Every integration follows the same shape. Shopify, Amazon US, ShipBob, and Adyen are preview packages while release evidence is proven. New connectors slot in with the same auth, retry, replay, and audit patterns.
Approvals and audit on every action.
R0 read, R1 logged, R2 needs named approval, R3 human-only. AI agents follow the same risk class ceiling as operators. Every action leaves a queryable receipt.
Agentic UI primitives.
AgentDock, ActionRail, ProgressiveActionCard, and EvidenceDrawer are designed for the operator console. Agent proposals show up where your team already works, not in a chat thread.

Inventory, orders, fulfillment, sourcing, customer service, channels, connectors, payments, analytics, and platform fabric all use the same CommandMetadataInput envelope and write to the same audit trail.

The guided proof path targets a first useful action in 15 minutes. Tenant, policies, webhook, command, and four proof artifacts (receipt, event, delivery, agent-callable action) are the acceptance shape.
First-party kf CLI.
Read-only inspection surface for receipts, events, inventory, and command catalog. JSON on stdout, scoped to your tenant, with the same auth model the operator console uses.
Honest stock view.
On-hand, reserved, allocated, incoming, and safety stock resolve into one number per channel and location with a freshness budget you set. No nightly CSV catch-up.
Replayable history.
Every command writes a receipt. Every state change emits an immutable event. Customer service answers from the timeline; finance reconciles from the event stream.
FeatureModule framework.
Every capability lands as a typed manifest with activation lifecycle, dependency resolution, meter contributions, and conformance tests. New domains plug in without forking the platform.
Protocol surface (MCP, UCP, GraphQL, webhooks).
One api-runtime, multiple protocol adapters. MCP Streamable HTTP, UCP signatures, GraphQL reads + writes, SSE, and Standard Webhooks v1 are documented as the preview contract.
Conformance test suite.
Tenant isolation invariants, namespace contracts, schema-GraphQL parity, tier boundary rules, signal plane shape. Drift in any of these blocks the merge.

Identity foundation.
Customers, suppliers, partners, and your teams in one model. A return links back to the same person who placed the order; a B2B account ties to multiple buyers.
Connector authoring kit.
Build new connectors yourself or with partners. Inherit the same audit, permissions, rate-limit, and replay patterns every other connector uses.
Broadcast framework.
Push admin updates, app notifications, and feature packs to your operators on the same audited path as every other change. No out-of-band tooling.
Regional policy modules.
Currency, tax engine, compliance posture (GDPR, US state-specific, APAC), and data residency declared per region as policy modules. One core, regional overrides without forks.
